Q. how will i know if this is a good fit?
A. I offer free phone consultations prior to scheduling the first session in which we talk about your therapy needs and determine together whether this may be a good fit for therapy.
Q. How often will we meet for therapy?
A. Therapy sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis for 50 min.
Q. do you accept insurance?
A. I am not on any insurance panels, however, most insurance companies offer out-of-network mental health coverage. I am happy to provide an invoice with all information needed to submit for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance. Please contact your insurance to determine coverage for out-of-network mental health treatment. You can obtain the claim form for reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Q. how do i pay for sessions?
A. Payment is required at the time of each session. Cash, check, and credit card are accepted. An invoice can be provided at time of payment or upon request.
Q. what is your cancellation policy?
A. Sessions may be rescheduled for the same week, depending on openings and availability that week. It is understandable that things come up and sessions may need to be canceled, however, sessions must be canceled with at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given for canceled or missed sessions, the full session fee will be billed at the time of the next session.
